Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated in our 'Return Policy'.

Savo will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.

 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return processing has a $7 return fee. However we've made it easer, since we will simply deduct it from your refund.

 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

 

Quick and easy returns through our Returns Portal ! Your refund should be processed within 3-5 working days from our confirmation of your package being received by our warehouse.

  • Simply re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
  • Print a returns labels on our Returns Portal and drop it off at your local post office.
  • You will receive an email confirmation for tracking and proof of return!

Sorry you have received a faulty item! So we can get this sorted, please contact us at support@savocollection.com with a picture of the faulty item, your order number and the email used in your order. We'll make sure to do our best to resolve your issue.

 

We aim to process your return ASAP, after returning through our Returns Portal your refund should be processed within 3-5 working days of our confirmation that we have received your return at our facility. If you have not been refunded after 14 days of receiving confirmation that your returned package was received by our facility, please contact us at service@savoclothing.com with your order and returns tracing details.

 

As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification to confirm your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer or payment processor.

 

Unfortunately we cannot refund postage/shipping charges on US orders.

 

Refunds will usually be processed in as little as 5 to 7 days, after you receive confirmation that your refund has been processed. Your refund confirmation email will arrive up to 72 hours after your return parcel has been confirmed as received by our warehouse.

If you paid for your order with a gift card, store credit or a voucher, a replacement to the value of the refund will be issued.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
