We are sorry to hear you haven’t received a part of your order! Please note that some orders may be sent out in multiple parts.

 

Please double check it's on your order confirmation, check your emails (including junk/spam) to see if you've been sent an email about it going out of stock or if your order could be arriving in more than one parcel. If none of these apply and your expected delivery date has passed, then please head over to our contact us section within 7 days of your order being delivered and we will sort it for you.

 

Credit/Debit Card

 

The available credit card options are listed at checkout. We accept the most common and widely used credit cards on this website. Do not worry if your credit card company is not listed, we encourage you to go ahead and attempt to make the purchase even if you do not see your card listed right away.

Please note that Savo does not collect your credit/debit card number or payment information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

 

PayPal

 

When you placing an order with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. 

 

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

 

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation page which will contain your order number.

This information will also be emailed to you; this can take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox, so hold tight!

 

Once our warehouse team have processed your order, you will receive a second email confirmation to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

 

Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future.

If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can contact us though email at service@savoclothing.com and we will discuss the matter with you further.

If you wish to dispute shipping of your order, you have 14 days starting from the day that the tracking status for you order is updated by the carrier as fulfilled/delivered (i.e. updated as shipped to the address set out in the Dispatch Confirmation). We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated shipping costs.

 

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add support@savocollection.com to your contacts, otherwise, your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not yet received your order confirmation email, please contact us at the same service@savoclothing.com email or our contact us page.

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse (literally within seconds!). You will need to place another order and/or return any unwanted items.

 

If you need to make an address delivery change, we may be able to make the change if we receive your request within 3 hours of your order being placed. If an address change request is done after this time frame unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate your ask.

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email to service@savoclothing.com with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in our 'Return Policy' page and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.

Your package might be coming in more than one shipment. If your delivery date has passed, please get in touch by going to the 'contact us' page or emailing us at service@savoclothing.com

To speed up our processing and delivery to you, USPS will usually make a shipping label just before your order has been received by them to ship out. USPS may take a couple of days to update your tracking link/page but do not worry as your order is on its way to you and will typically be updated shortly before your order arrives to you.

You will need your order number and the email that you used when you placed your order or you can also use your tracking number.
